Warranty terms

All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. To validate the warranty, a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required. If a product defect occurs, you can contact our customer service at info@pcmaster.fi. PCMASTER will inspect the product before deciding on repair, replacement, or refund. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice to you.

1. Warranty and its coverage

PC-MASTER TMI offers a full 12-month warranty for all used computers and gaming consoles it sells. This warranty covers technical faults that occur during normal use of the device, resulting from component malfunctions or manufacturing defects. However, all products are carefully tested before delivery to ensure their performance meets expectations.

2. What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover physical damage, such as dents or cracks, or damage caused by liquids. Defects resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear are also not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover products damaged during shipping in connection with a return or inspection. The warranty also does not cover sound phenomena typical of electronics, such as coil whine, which is considered a characteristic of the device and not a warranty defect, provided the device functions normally.

3. Repair of defects covered by the warranty

If the fault is covered by the warranty, the customer will be offered one of the following options:

  • Repair of the device at no additional cost.
  • The faulty product will be replaced with a used one of equal value.
  • The purchase price will be refunded if repair or replacement is not possible.

4. Warranty period

Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. The warranty always continues from the original date of purchase. The warranty is also only valid for the original purchaser and is therefore not transferable.

5. Statutory rights

In addition to these terms, the customer is entitled to the protection afforded by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

For consumer customers, all products have a 14-day return policy. If the product does not meet your expectations or if there are any problems with it, please contact our customer service. Briefly describe your situation, and we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.
