Questions related to selling a computer

1. What needs to be done to the machine before selling it?

As a rule, you don't need to do anything to the device before selling it; we'll handle the secure initialization/wiping for you!

2. Do you buy gaming laptops?

We do not purchase gaming laptops/consoles/peripherals. Only computers with components listed on the sales form!

3. What if a problem occurs with the machine during inspection?

If any issues are discovered with the computer during our inspection, we will make you a new offer, and you can decide whether to sell your computer at that price or have us return it to you free of charge.

4. How long does the audit take? When will I receive the payment?

We will inspect the computers on the day of arrival, in about 30-60 minutes! We will transfer the promised amount to you immediately after that.

Questions related to buying a computer

1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days. We usually ship products on the same day, but at the latest on the next business day.

2. Can the machine be picked up immediately after purchase?

Computers can be picked up from our warehouse approximately two hours after placing an order. When ordering, select PICKUP! The system will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

3. What if the machine I bought develops faults?

All devices we sell come with a 12-month warranty, protecting your purchase. If a machine requires warranty service, it will be repaired within a few days of its arrival at our facility.

4. VAT Deductibility?

Not possible. Computer prices include VAT according to margin taxation, but when purchasing for a company, margin tax is not deductible.
